I offer holistic somatic psychotherapy that focuses on the mind, body & spirit relationship, utilizing various therapy techniques to give you a very personal counselling experience. This holistic approach integrates a variety of therapeutic theories (humanistic, CBT, DBT, narrative) with beneficial techniques such as deep breathing, relaxation exercises, mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, isometric exercises, and vocal work, to help relieve symptoms and provide you with a unique treatment plan.
